For us, this means that our practices and procedures, patient care and recovery rates are continually monitored by Physio First and a team of analysts at Brighton University, to ensure that we not only meet the criteria but continue to improve year on year.
Regular reports of our performance are provided to us, so that we are able to constantly review and improve our service to our patients. All this is, of course, in addition to the many courses attended by the physiotherapy team to update and maintain their skills and introduce new techniques and treatments as they are developed.
If you have any questions about our new status, please do not hesitate to ask any member of the team.

I highly recommend Darrin at ProPhysio, I went to see Darrin after a fall on my knee at which point he diagnosed possible surgery being required. On his recommendation he referred me for a MRI scan and within 48 hours of the referral he had the results which confirmed that I needed surgery. He advised that I contact an orthopaedic surgeon he recommended at Nuffield Hospital, two weeks later I have had the surgery done. Darrin has also kept in contact throughout calling me checking on my progress.![]()
